Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in the courses, parenting resources, and support services offered through Tiny Hearts Happy Hearts – Learn Connect Grow.

Because many of our programs involve small group participation and limited spaces, the following refund policy applies.

Parenting Courses and Parent Groups

If you register for a parenting course or parent group and later find that you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund requests made at least 7 days before the course begins may be eligible for a refund or transfer to a future group, depending on availability.
Refund requests made less than 7 days before the start date may not be refundable because your place has been reserved. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out and we will do our best to find a supportive solution.

Missed Sessions

If you miss an individual session of a course or parent group, refunds for missed sessions cannot be provided.

Downloadable Resources and Printables

Due to the digital nature of downloadable learning resources and printables, these purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

Pregnancy Support Services

If pregnancy support sessions or consultations are offered, cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Refund eligibility may depend on timing and scheduling availability.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a course or digital resource, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
